The owner purchased this neglected gas station property and asked Siteline Architecture to design a commercial building.

Because the owner was a fan of art deco architecture and there are numerous art deco and art moderne structures in Grass Valley, we were able to create a design that fit well within its neighborhood and met our client’s desires.

Beginning with an eyesore gas station, Richard was able to very effectively transform my vision into an art deco gem of a two story office building. Working closely with him for several months was entirely without conflict and quite pleasurable. Would I utilize his talents again on a future project? You betcha.
