Artist / Gardening Studio

A 200 s.f. building designed to fit in with its 1800’s era “miners victorian” home in downtown Nevada City.

The owner requested a space that could be used for making art or getting out of the heat while gardening. The space includes a full bathroom with creative finishes and a small loft space.

Because there was a small building in this building’s current location, a full review and approval by the Nevada City planning department was required.
