Clients requested a neighborhood-sensitive design that would compliment its Nevada City address.

The site presented many challenges including concerned neighbors as well as Gold Rush era hydraulic mining scars and steep topography as well as proximity to a seasonal creek and a busy highway with high visibility of the project.
